Whipped Cream

Homemade whipped cream is extremely easy and tastes great. LSC strongly recommends using an electric mixer for this recipe, unless you have abnormally strong arms and a lot of time on your hands.
  • Heavy or Whipping Cream
  • Sugar (confectioners or regular)
  • Vanilla extract
Ratios:
+/- 1 teaspoon vanilla per cup of cream
+/- 1 tablespoon sugar per cup of cream

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer. It will begin to form soft peaks and whipped cream consistency in approximately 5-10 minutes.

*Homemade whipped cream can easily be flavored by adding a few drops of your favorite extract to the mixture (mint, bourbon or rum, almond with nutmeg and cinnamon - the possibilities are endless!)
