Honey-Lemon Vinaigrette

Honey-Lemon Vinaigrette:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
pinch of sea salt
pinch of ground black pepper

Whisk together and mix with your salad immediately before serving. Chopped shallot, raw or sauteed in olive oil, may also be added to this dressing.
